Flat Mountain Living!

This home has been lovingly lived in for over a decade now, and maintained every step of the way. The only thing I can personally see needing is maybe some carpeting, but all other systems are GO. Newer forced-air heating unit, newer hot water tank, newer A/C window units, newer refrigerator.. even a permitted add on, giving almost an extra 400 square feet of space for those large family get-togethers.. craft room.. game room... entertainment room.. you name it! Fully fenced with high-grade wood and tall enough for privacy and security, giving you a snuggly-safe feeling. One of my favorite things about this house, is that even though it is located in a Mobile Home park with lots of other homes, this one sits off the back of the park, facing the beautiful trees and hills of what was once the Seeley brothers mill site, and now home to all sorts of wildlife and even a Horse Ranch! You have to see it to believe it. It may be a little crowded right now, for sure.. but the owners are working on getting everything packed up for their new adventure.. so, don't mind the moving-mess, let's go check it out! Another important note - this home has complete wood siding, unlike other homes in the park.
